FirePak and Pyrogen have the original CnC machine automatic fire suppression systems. Remember when all that was available was CO2, and you put out the fire but the thermal shock made machine look like a pretzel. It took a week to get a service company to refill it. Then came the CFC and HFC agents that made so much Acid, you needed a new machine anyway, but the insurance company said it looked fine to them,. Well we developed the perfect solution,  Pyrogen CnC fire suppression Systems..

  We use proven spot heat detectors and linear heat detection wire to insure we find the fire fast and put it out. Our electronic controllers interface with the machine to provide E-stop, cutter back out vent and mist collector shutdown also with agent discharge and operator notification. Designed to unattended operators, the system is selectable for fire detection only,  operator manual operation  to fully automatic release. We can also zone in the electric motor, power switches and controls and pump enclosures in the same system.

We offer a range of fire systems controls one will be perfect for your needs. From simple detection systems for the grinding area to mist collector, chip trays, exhaust ducts, and pallet changing robots. If it is electric, hydraulic or might burn, we have a solution.

PCNC-1-A  = 60g Kit with FO&GI controller  PCNC-1-B  same 60g kit but with MicroSense II controller. controller description at the below link.

¹ Kits are less interconnect wiring harness from the System controller to the heat detectors . Interface harness is made on site by the installer.

² System has a separate zone for the exhaust duct and mist collector. this insures the small fire in one machine does not migrate to others on a common system
